这里很清楚的说明了自己的学历然后带到之前的实习经历，因为后续HR一定会根据你的实习经历问你在其中学习到了什么。
你为什么会想做这个职位也是HR必问的一个问题。你去面试的公司的背景情况如果你做了研究，HR会对你另眼相看。特别是如果你能提到公司的核心价值观，会让HR非常高兴，因为这一块通常都是HR的培训科负责的。
